Damaged goods can be returned up to 7 days after delivery provided you notify us within seven days of the receipt of the goods, we will happily reimburse any delivery costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost to you.
If you are not happy with your order you may return the goods. Goods returned to the shop must be in a saleable condition accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, order number, customer’s email address, phone number and delivery address. All goods should be sent registered delivery, and must be insured for the full value of the contents. We cannot be responsible for lost or uninsured packages.
Cancellations of orders must be done in writing through email to , not by phone.
